Our Story

On September 12, 2019, Bali Food Industry began its journey by observing the condition of agriculture in Indonesia, which often resulted in wasted harvests due to unsold or undervalued produce in the market.

Made Indra Dananjaya started the business with just 10kg of lemons and some basic equipment and materials. At that time, the only product they had was Maha Lemon. Recognizing a market opportunity in Bali, they became suppliers of fruit to several bars and cafes in Bali until the pandemic hit the tourism sector of Bali. However, with their flagship product, Maha Lemon, they persevered and continued to fight through the pandemic.

By the end of 2020, they decided to do something new by aiming to absorb even more agricultural produce in Indonesia. Thus, they created their Frozen Fruit by Bali Food Industry product. In 2021, they obtained approval from BPOM and PSAT and began marketing their product to several retailers in Bali. In 2022, they built a larger warehouse and a better team to improve the production and quality of their products.
