About Bali Food Industry
Bali Food Industry (BFI) was founded in 2019 as a social enterprise dedicated to tackling food waste and empowering local farmers. Motivated by the challenges of surplus harvest and farmers’ livelihoods, BFI uses innovative food-processing and distribution methods to give fresh produce a second life. From the outset, our vision has been to show what can be achieved when entrepreneurship and social consciousness come together. By harvesting local fruits at peak ripeness and turning them into nutritious products, BFI ensures that valuable crops do not go to waste and that growers are fairly rewarded. Our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility makes BFI a shining example of innovation in Indonesian agriculture.
Empowering Local Farmers
We build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with farmers. BFI has absorbed more than 2,000 harvests from our partner growers, directly boosting their income and welfare.
